One of my favorite things about summer, is blackberry picking. Where we used to live in Marysville, WA, we had tons of blackberries right in our yard. Almost every morning Debbie and Sean would go out and pick me a bowl of blackberries for blackberry pancakes, YUM! This poem is an inspirational piece inspired by the good and the not so good aspects of blackberry picking. : ) Have a great day everyone!
